Pinky Moharana tells us how multiple barriers can be broken in life to become successful. From a poor carpenter family in Gopinathpur village of Tangi block, Khurda determined to be self-sustainable. The irregular income of her father, over-indebtedness of the family, achieving her dream became critical for her. However, she didn’t bow down to the obstacles rather with hard work she completed her graduation. With a lack of skill and experience, she couldn’t get better employment opportunities. She learned about Adhikar Sramika Shajoga Kendra in Tangi and joined the two months of residential soft skill training. After completing her course she got an opportunity as a data entry operator at Collectorate, Puri. Now she cleared all the debt of the family and financing the education of her younger siblings.
