‘Jeevan Dhara’ a sustainable solution to Water and Sanitation. To improve health and prevent infectious diseases among rural communities, largely depend on clean drinking water and proper sanitation. Adhikar attempts to create low-cost infrastructure for the accessibility of clean water and sanitation facility for poor families. The program aims at creating awareness, training, and enabling the poor to get the maximum benefit out of it. We have touched the lives of more than 8000 families and improved access to clean drinking water and proper sanitization. To improve the livelihood of the underprivileged dairy farmers of Nayagarh district, Adhikar in association with International Finance Corporation, Delhi initiated Adhikar Community-based Dairy Project. Under the programme, farmers were trained with modern dairy farming techniques and fodder.
